Is There a Benefit to Using Vulcacity Base Training?

velocity base training can be beneficial for individuals if they're, you know, trying to reach tha next level. In a one study comparing directly r p e to velocity, there was significantly greatera strength gains in the back, squat and the bench press upon o this 12 weeks study. So i do think once kind of, once you get the hang of it too, like the reason why i got into it as i really like metrick. I think it's a lot of fun.
