Jeff Pearlman: I've been banging my head against the wall for the better part of the last decade on how we get seed oils out of the food system. He says he started Zero Acre, a company that makes alternatives to seed oils made by fermentation. Pearlman: We're trying to not only make products that can replace seed oils, but also educate on the issues with seed oils.

Today, Paul interviews Tucker Goodrich, Wall Street technology extraordinaire and independent researcher, and Jeff Nobbs, co-founder and CEO of Zero Acre Farms. They take a deep dive into the epidemic of seed oil consumption. They examine conflicting arguments, and then explain why seed oils are likely making humans fat, diabetic, and causing atherosclerosis.
