How to Make a Better Bourbon Beer
If you want 50 pounds per square inch of CO2 in your beer, then you're going to need the flow control faucet. I would never waste a really good bourbon on soaking oak chips and putting it in my beer. The only whiskey I'm not a big fan of is Irish whiskey.
