He's calling a Fourth Amendment violation here, right off the start. He felt like you're, would you accompany me to the station and not being able to drive his own car meant that he was in custody - which sounds like it. So they throw out his statement. The state goes, well, fuck, that's the whole case. That's all we have. It ain't enough. Oh, Jay wouldn't even, they was a trial that lasted a day. Yeah, for Christ sake there. I mean, this is not a lot. This is a very thin murder case."
