Subwa - Under Oak?
The wine has a moderate intensity of aromatics, that first sniff. There's something a little bruised potentially here in the fruit character and slightly nutty. I like this kind of salty like Gouda cheese note that I find on this wine. It's almost bordering on that little bit of caramel or maybe a creme brulee or a creaminess there. And it's definitely got some minerality and earthiness on the nose.
