How to Defend the Average Consumer Who Doesn't Know When They're Getting Sold
When it comes to financial services, consumers don't know what they don't know. They just most people probably assume an advisor is an advisor because he or she calls himself that they're all the same thing. And if someone calls himself our self and advisor, when behind the scenes, all they do is really just sell a certain product. So so that's why I sort of feel like we need to defend the average consumer who doesn't know when they're getting sold or who they're sitting in front of.
