The Relationship Between Employer and Employee
The relationship between employer and employee has become very transactional. If they see us as a source of future revenue, they're much less likely to make a short term saving by disappointing us. Gen Z don't stick around anywhere for two and a half years. That's not because Gen Z are psychologically totally different to any other previous generation. It's simply because the way employers invested in them has changed and Gen Z has noticed.
