The arrival fallacy says that so many individuals will say, i'll just be content. H: You cannot find fulfilment from chasing something outside of yourself. So rather than try to achieve fulfilment externally, if you can shift the focus internally, then you have a much better chance of doing it. For each value, again, things like creativity, family, reputation, grit, determination, persistence, love, kindness, you want to individualize it and define it.
