The Importance of a Culture in Brands

The most mature brands have it. They live it, breathe it. It's really living and breathing that mantra, if you will. And I've often said on the show as well, Shannon, but for me, it feels like a loving intention from a brand. When they use a word like member, it's actually, we're thinking about you. We want you to feel like you are part of something. The last thing that they wanted to do was discount their brand. That is not at all what they wanted to doing.
