The Evolution of Beauty

Mantis shrimp are incredibly violent creatures. They have these little hammer claws that they punch their prey with. The speed of their punch is 50 times faster than the human eye can blink. It's not like we can understand why they do it, but maybe there is something evolutionarily adaptive about beauty.
