In a previous episode, you discussed using chains and bands to alter the resistance curve. I was wondering what your take is when it comes to using chains or bands when the goal is hypertrophy. Greg: One of the reasons I didn't is that that is not what the research is interested in. It's a little frustrating to me because like if you're doing a longitudinal training study, that's a pain in the ass.
