Niacin, methifolate, B6 are all going to be relevant in increasing the supply of serotonin. Triptofin, certain genetic predispositions, like TPH2, tryptophanidroxylase II will also help. Some people do not get a benefit of Prozac because they don't have enough co-factors or precursors that make serotonin. And it could be due to their malnourished state which would prevent them from getting the benefits of Prozac.
