How to Fast for a Training Camp

When you're actively training, we're looking at like 15 to 17 hour fasts. You can focus on them a little bit in ovulation, but if we just look at it from front half of your cycle is that protein load. It would be harder to hit those longer fasts. What I did my last training camp, I went slightly echeatogenic. So a little less on the carbs, but I still need a pretty good amount of carbs.
