Should You Track TSS for Training Stress?

Should you track TSS for and for your still purposes of other types of training? It depends on whether or not it has an aerobic impact. For strength training, I would say no TSS. But if you are a multi-sport athlete, like, if you're a triathlete, if you do XTERRA or something like that, like if you do, I don't know, biathlon, why not?
