How to Get the Most Energy Out of Fat on a Trail Run
I would probably make a product called Phil's Bars and in that red book there's a whole bunch of recipes. One of them is the Phil's Bar recipe, it's an energy bar. And I would use those on the trail. It's all ground up so you don't have to, you really don't even have to chew it. The problem is they sometimes look like C4. So when you go through security and they want to poke their finger in it. But it's a whole meal. You'll get the nutrient out of it very quickly and has carbohydrate, fat and protein.
