How Do You Keep Track of All These Goals?

We've talked about the workout slash event planning, or goal setting. How do you keep track of this? Do you have a big white board n in one of your rooms at your house? Are they written down? Or are some of them just, you know, in your mind? So let me start with the training log. I like to be consistent, cause i like to teach that. And i also like, again, the motivation,. You know, it's something that helps keep me consistent, is sharing my work outs with other people - whether it be an audience or a athletes at a coach.
