How a Device Can Hurt Your Sleep Quality
The number one detriment to good sleep is stressing about how well you'll sleep. The sign of actual severe over training is a heart rate that is too low. Sometimes the device might tell you that you're really ready to go crush it, but you don't feel like you are. How is a device going to know if some s getting fitter or if they're just truly overtrained? It can't. And sure, these devices might solve a problem, but it certainly seems that they're creating more than they solve.
