The Inevitability of AI in Customer Service
I believe AI could come for the product management job. It's not just one we just happen to sell a product in a certain area. That's where we think about it most. I don't believe it'll displace everything and every human. We firmly believe in the idea of it'll be automation to us humans. But I do think it will be difficult to overstate how significant it changes. Just pretty good precedent for exactly what's going to happen here.
