The Chin Up Versa Pull Up - Part Two
A pull up, the overhand grip, tends to be more difficult and challenging than an underhand grip or a chin up. The next point of the next box becomes just working further on that strict pull up capacity. And it is so much fun when when you reach that first pull up. For for others in this continuum, such as gymnas, obstacle course racers, ah, cross fitters, we need to keep going and then work on returning to the kipping pull up.
