How Different Wavelengths of Light Impact Cells and Organes

A lot of the photon energy, the light energy in those longer wave lengths, is indeed passing through top layers of skin into the deeper layers of skin. And if it didn't sound weird enough that you can pass light through particular tissues and have them land and be sorbed at tissues deeper in your body, well it turns out that different wave lengths of light are also best absorbed by particular, so called organels within your cells. Organes are the different compartments and different functions within a given cell. This is exquisitely important, and it's exquisitely powerful.
