How to Increase Weight on Small Isolation Exercises
Women have a much harder time with upper body strength than men do. It takes a lot longer to increase the strength in something like your lateral shoulder raise than a bench press. The progressive overload with these exercises will be not necessarily just based on lifting more but also using better technique, more time under tension. My personal favorite high intensity training technique for these specific movements are called cluster sets.
