The Effects of Low Carbohydrates on Metabolic Performance

The body's tendency is to try to oxidize fat first and foremost. Some studies have shown that the average fat max oxidation rate in an ideal world is going to occur around about 65% of maximal heart rate. So generally speaking, you're going to have a lower carbohydrate environment as well or train after dinner and then not replenish before going to bed so sleeping low as well.
