Menopause and Sleep

There's a strong correlation between poor quality of sleep, especially in midlife, but also later on in life in more Alzheimer's plaques in the brain. So I think it's important to prioritize sleep and also prioritize mental health because they really go hand in hand. And hormonal health is obviously involved because sleep is in part regulated by melatonin level.
