i was able to get somewher n the neghbourood of pri about forty grams of protein an during though simulation runs. And no issues with that, it all worked really well. I basically just did the same thing from the strength side of things. The mobility stuff that i focused on the most was reclining hero pose kneeling,. hip flexor stretch, pich on pose and some static stretching from the ham strings and calves.
