How Much Carbohydrate Should You Eat Per Kilo?

If you're doing some pretty carb heavy stuff, hypertrophy work and higher on that kind of energy system and energy use spectrum, then I'd say at least three to four grams for kilogram per day. Even as low as keto for certain types of lifters is gonna be totally fine. It's not my preferred method of dieting just because I think there's more hurdles than you need when setting up a diet.
