Distraction actually is Good in the beginning of like the stages When you're like really sad Yeah I think you need to be active AndYou need to be distracted Because then you would just sit there Like I have OCD So I'd be like obsessing over it. If you're getting out of the house And distracting me with whatever the hell you're talking about that day So I didn't even listen It was like honestly helpful though yeah. Last year when I was going through a breakup I knew it was happening And I sat in bed And I stared at the ceiling For I kid you not for six hours I didn't look at my phone I didn't leave the house It was absolutely horrible But
