How to Accelerate and Decelerate

There's going to be a huge difference when you land the position you land. The shin angle can like talk to us a little bit about like the shin angle and the foot position. So part of what we want to do in deceleration or in acceleration even is how do we efficiently align these more stable structures? I always say to athletes, it's easier to push over a tall towel than a low towel. But there's an element of without the contractile abilities, you're unable to put yourself into those positions that they're not ready for.
