i think pausing is great because you a lot of times when you have a sticking point, it's because you'r you're losing tension somewhere. So i would use the different variation of a lift depending on where the sticking point is. But then i would also go back to the stands that i'm going to be using and do some pausing rups there. I know for me, like my low back is strong, and my ham strings are pretty weak compared to my litt back. Touh, for me, a bet variation is to use one that's going to be targeting the ham strings.
