What Do You Feel in Your Body?

Step one is figure out, am I actually in danger? Are there any things in my environment that would be reasonable to cause anxiety or stress? And if the answer is yes, then okay, logically we've assessed everything logically looks safe. So now what do we do? And again, anxiety does feel like excitement, which also feels like arousal. As soon as he started feeling anything, even a good thing, his brain coded every single sensation was anxiety because it wasn't used to living in a body.
