If you want to lose weight and that's your only goal, there are plenty of other s that you can accomplish losing weight on that will be easier. I'm going to tell you right now, the reading part is a big deal for a lot of people. For me, this isn't a big deal, because i've been reading my entire life, ten page a day for 16 years now in business. And by the way, some of these things are going to be habit for a many of you. So don't if you're looking at it and you're thinking, man, this looks like pretty easy.
