The thing that most people have the best control over is their diet. You can't always control all of your external circumstances, but if you're in a hellish nightmare like Brooklyn where there's people right there you've got to be able to sleep so you got to get some earplugs. Don't eat a cake have another eight ounces of hamburger meat okay eat if you need to gain weight you have to eat more than you want to eat.
