i would say it's a really, really good book. It is not hard to read at all. And i think it's applicable to just about anybody. So unless, like, you've heard about the 12 week year concept before and are already applying it, i would say it is deaftly worth your time. But there's a lot of things that i feel like could have been written better or a little more idept.
