When i really take time and breathe and work through that stress, or whatever it is that i'm feeling, that emotion that's coming up, i'm so much more effective with my time. I start doing the things that actually matter, instead of just busy work. Grounding is this process of balancing your physical, emotional, mental, your energy states, ind just reconnecting them. With these big em tions that feel overwhelming, there are so many grounding techniques that you can use to help yourself feel that feeling.
