How to Use Ladders for Strength Training

Two, three, five, 10 was a scheme if you just want to focus more in strength. Double clean and press are well suited for ladders but front squat is actually for hypertrophy. Three All-Americans came home from Westminster College this week. That's awesome, that's really cool. The only thing I would complain is that they did have a three hour lightened delay during the event. So before Emily got a chance to take her last throw, she had to wait for three hours. She came back and she threw a good throw, but it could've been better.
