The company's first idea was to create a recruiting marketplace for talent. Two years later, the marketplace wasn't really spinning and we became more like an agency recruiter with that tech. So in our need to make the cash, we pivoted to selling to internal recruiters as fast growing companies. At the end of 2014 and 2015 is when we pivoted into sales.
