The early time restricted eating group on average lost 2.3 kilograms more body weight, right? And I think from memory reading the paper was it about 6 kilograms of total body weight lost in that timerestricted eating group and 3 points something or around 4 for the group that wasn't restricting their eating window. That's correct. So this is over 14 weeks. Both groups lost quite a decent amount of weight. But there was that 2.3 kilogram, I guess, advantage to restricting the eating window, but you said you sort of back calculated to be equivalent to consuming around 200, 2014 or something calories less per day. Did they report more difficulty in actually doing this? And was there
