The Power of Persistence

There's another way of thinking about getting in the flow that there's a struggle then is the release, then you get in the flow. And so it's understanding that the struggle is part of it. You've got to be happy first before you can achieve things. It's just really about being in the moment and being on being yourself. What is flow flow? Um, spontaneity, but the B spontaneous, your mind, body, heart and spirit have to be in alignment.
