Feeling Tone, Framed Frame

Research finds that the tendency to dampen positive feelings in this way isn't very good for us. How can we savour each small moment as it is actual happening? And can we do this without attachment on the one hand, or dampening on the other? Similarly, when unpleasant things occur, we most often resist them, pushing them away. This resistance can make things worse. We're going to practise allowing the feeling tone to be sensed just as it is and seeing if we can do so without getting busy trying to change it.
