The Teacher Assessment Framework Statements Are Not a Best Fit Model

In a normal school year, where schools might not have moved around their corecan topics. But the teacher assessment framework statements are not a best fit model at all. You have to have evidence for every statement within a standard to say a child's working at that standard. If they've met eight and missed out on one, then they're the top end of working towards. Reading and writing is h less of an issue because it judges the childrn's ability to read to write. And it doesn't necessarily matter so much which pis you've don in which order.
