How to Maintain a Knowledge Base for Door Security Systems

The days of RTFM, right, I'll just leave it there, are over because it's always changing. So how do you keep up? Well, this gets into with regards to a door security system that suddenly has a new feature set. The latest version now supports some functionality that existed before but you had to program each door module across all of your buildings. Each one had to have the same level, same scripts written to them. You couldn't just like copy and paste. But when I drilled down into the documentation, they had updated one section, one page of their knowledge base.
