Is There a Three B of Re Direct Without Judgment?
The first thing to say is that your mind will wander. The win is that you notice it and come back. That's how you own your attention, ok? And if we own er tention, so the idea is not to be able to be better at this mindfulness practice. The idea is that this is transferable to other endeavours. Does it mean then that we become more aware what you've already allude to a bit, and maybe i'm just filling in the blanks. Ah, more aware of ah, it will bring greater attention to our emotions. We are able to on the flashlight when we do have that project to do, wand we don't get distracted.
