I did a TED talk in Maui and during that TED talk, I called said, we're going to name it to Maui habit. And that starts your trajectory to the day in a certain direction. So doing that habit then helps you with the adversity and opportunities you face as you get you go along. The next way is, let's say you do a little bit of meditation every day, or let's says you do alittle bit of physical activity every day,. Your identity shifts. And my research back in 2014 in tiny habits showed this happened reliably and quickly. It didn't have to be run a marathon. But just feel successful about a habit. And then you shift.
