There's this sort of threshold where people talk about 5% of liver cells containing abnormal amounts of fat. So I'm interested in hearing from you on, is there a tipping point where you have too much liver fat and does someone need to go and do a sort of liver ultrasound or can they get enough idea by looking at things like fasting glucose and HBA1C, triglycerides, et cetera.
