I like to do upper body weight work. And so I sort of skip the lower body work. That's the most, well, no, I can tell you why. The dreaded leg day is usually the hardest part. What I've noticed is that my quads and my glutes are getting stronger. It's probably from the bike. There should be later in this year a paper out on the strength benefits of re-head.
