FG: My immediate thought is that don't talk about it, be about it. And if you were constantly talking about how open and welcoming you are, then like that's a huge red flag. I have a friend who is a white woman who has campaigned for the people that she manages to be paid a stipend. It's not enough, but it was what she could get for their volunteer DEI work.
