Some form of referral program to get people back. Menu tasting is one of the... Yes, we do a lot of that. But like constantly do it because that makes your team talk about it without training. That's why I call the rule of four. If you can get people to transact and interact with you four times in quick succession, you become habitual. What we've done by paying 20 pounds a month for unlimited drinks is made pret habitual into people's lives. So we're here every week. You know, most of your customers will only come one, one and a half times a year. So you've got to try and get them people back in very quickly.
