Is Education a Proximity for the Talent?

I think if I was hiring 15 to 20 years ago, I would use it as a much bigger signal. The non-negotiables are that they are going to be a self-starter and no problem solver. That's the most important thing. We don't really look at formal education at all. It's just whether they get on with you and understand the business,. So yeah, it's like a bonus tick, basically.
