My role is basically to look after the business, make sure that costs are down and profits are up. But I focus on my people. So for me, it's ESI before CSI. What's ESI? Employee satisfaction index versus customer satisfaction index. Fix the employee first, and you'll get a happy customer if they're doing the wrong thing. If somebody feels like crap, my customer walks in the door, they're going to feel that as well. Yeah. We could be in a recession. Don't try and make fancy amendments. No. It's a playbook. It's always worked. It will always work.
