The Shadow of Anger

A revision shadow is a term coined by Carl Jung. It's often referred to when we put something in the shadow, it's like parts of yourself that you are hiding under the basement and not letting them have their time of the day in your psyche. So the prime example of the shadow is anger. A lot of us think anger is bad. There is an additive in media and culture and conditioning that Anger is bad. Feeling anger is shameful. And if you feel anger, there's something wrong about you. That's not appropriate human behavior.
