Not very important, but it's not in the sense that if you look at most centenarians that I visited, they look not so good with muscle. So I don't think that should be the case. I think they would probably be better off because of frailty. If you look at Southern Italians, for example, they're very frail compared to the Northern Europeans. The frailty is almost twice as high as those of the Northern Europeans and does not seem to interfere with longevity. It's certainly not a good thing to have because of course, the quality of life will be affected.
